Refund policy concerning hotel reservation and ticket purchase for Gdakon 2025 convention

1) Gdakon is a closed event and the Organiser does not offer refunds for hotel reservation or ticket purchase for Gdakon 2025 convention.

2) The Organiser stipulates that a refund for tickets purchased for Gdakon convention will occur if:

a) The convention is canceled due to any new legislation regarding the SARS-COV-2 epidemic precluding the organisation of the event

3) In justified cases the ticket and hotel reservation can be transferred to the next edition of the convention - in such a case the Attendee is required to cover the difference in the cost of hotel reservation. The organiser reserves the right to refuse such a transfer without providing a reason.

4) Ticket and hotel reservation may be transferred to another person if agreed by the Organiser, provided that person has an account on www.gdakon.pl.

5) In cases referred to in articles 2 and 3 that involve a transfer of the ticket and hotel reservation, including transfers to another person, the Organiser needs to be notified no later than 3 weeks before the beginning date of the convention.

6) The Organiser stipulates that it is not a party to the transaction in the case of a resale of a ticket to another person by the Attendee. Therefore, the Organiser is free of any liability for claims raised by the new Attendee, including but not limited to claims related to additional fees.

7) The Event and its conduct are the responsibility of the organiser.

8) For matters not covered herein, the Polish Civil Code and other relevant Polish law regulations apply.
