Dealer's Den rules

1. Dealer's Den is only accesible to Gdakon attendees.

2. Entering the Dealer's Den with a camera requires permission from the Gdakon organizers. Without it, cameras are not allowed.

3. Food and drinks are not allowed in the Dealer's Den. The only exception applies to dealers, who may have them, at their own responsibility.

4. Dealers and visitors should not disturb others with innapropriate clothing or costumes, disruptive behavior, or loud music and sounds. Please be respectful — wild antics are better left for parties!

5. The Dealer's Den is a place of commerce between attendees and sellers. Gdakon is not involved in the transactions and holds no responsibility for the merchandise.

Information for sellers

1. Gdakon is not responsible for any items left in the Dealer's Den. However, Security  staff will be present during opening hours.

2. Gdakon staff may confiscate or remove any inappropriate item from the display, or ask the dealer to leave the hall.

3. Each dealer is responsible for their assigned space and may not use another dealer's table without permission.

4. Each dealer is responsible for any damage to their assigned space, as well as for keeping it tidy and presentable throughout the event. Modifying furniture, walls, or flooring is strictly prohibited..

5. Selling food or drink (including alcohol) is prohibited.

6. While Gdakon is an adult-only event, there are specific restrictions regarding adult content:

- Erotic toys and accessories (e.g. BDSM gear) are not allowed in the Dealers Den. However, tasteful promotional materials (such as business cards or flyers) may be displayed. The transactions themselves must be arranged privately, in seller's room.

- Adult content should be censored and stored in clearly marked folders or binders.

- Any merchandise that violates Polish law like pornography involving minors or animals, racist or religiously offensive materials, or extreme violence or cruelty — are strictly forbidden.

- Items made from real animals, fur, or body parts (excluding leather) are not allowed.
