Registration opens

Account registration and room booking become available for attendees

3 weeks after room selection

Confee and hotel

All payments must fully cover confee and hotel stay (including early arrival and late departure, if selected). Failure to meet the deaqdline may result in removal of nights before/after the convention or full cancellation of your reservation.

If you are unable to meet the deadline, please contact the organizers in advance.

Conbook submissions

After this date, conbook submissions will be closed and sent for printing.

Uploading avatars and editing badge settings will no longer be possible after this date.

Sponsor gifts

Deadline for ordering sponsor gifts.
You can still become a sponsor after this date, but it's possible you won't receive the physical gifts from us.
