Conbook
Just like in previous years, we'll be printing our official convention guide - the conbook. It will contain all the most important information, serve as a helpful guide during the event, and make for a nice convention souvenir. If you're interested in contributing to it's creation - this site contains informations you need to know.
The conbook will be printed in full color - we're happy to include both full-page illustrations as well as smaller decorative pieces. You'll find the technical specifications in the box below. For best print quality, please send your artworks in resolution of 300 DPO or higher - anything lower may result in blurry or pixelated images.
Final deadline for submissions: February 1st, 2026
Please note that artworks sent past the deadline, with insufficient resolution, or containing inappropriate content (nudity, excessive violence, etc) may be rejected. If you're unsure or want to confirm an idea, feel free to reach out to @lestrate
Full page illustrations
a 5
148mm x 210mm
300dpi 1750px x 2680px
200dpi 1400px x 1900px
Files should be submitted in JPG or TIFF format (without lossy compression), ideally in CMYK color space. RGB is also accepted, but may cause color inaccurancies when printed.
Additionally, please keep a minimum margin of 5 mm from each edge — any elements placed within this area may be cut off during printing, so it's best not to include important parts of the illustration there.

Fillers
Fillers are small decorative illustrations woven throughout the conbook to make reading more enjoyable and break up walls of text. ;)
Dimensions - up to you! Just make sure the resolution stays high (300 DPI). All Fillers should be submitted in PNG format with a transparent background.
Other conventions' banners
If you would like your convention's banner to appear in our conbook - we'll be more than happy to include it! (Preferably as a mutual exchange ;)
As for technical specifications, please follow the same guidelines as for other graphics.
