Art Show

Art Show? What's that?
Art Show is a place where artists can partake in a showcase and an auction! Gdakon participants can bid for artworks throughout the con, and on the last day Staff members will announce the auction winners. 

Oh, neat! What do I do to apply my artwork for it?
Art Show is first come forst served event, come to Dealers Den on Thursday morning, where we'll be setting the Art Show.

That's it? No paperworks? No fees?
Art Show participation is free! :)

That's great! How much space is available? And how much can I use?
We are limited by the space we have on Dealers Den. We have a few vertical panels to hang your works on. We advise you not to bring too many works that are too big due to the scarcity of space and we'd like for everyone to have a chance to show their work. The biggest works shouldn't exceed the size of A3 format. This is due to the fact that many potential buyers may not be able to bring bigger works on the train or plane on their way back home.

Our panels are 60x120cm in size with a 4cm margin. It is needed to leave some space next to your work so we can hang the bidding sheet next to it (around 8x12cm). 
Please remember that Staff members can move your work if needed to make more room for other participants.

Understood. Should I bring anything with me?
We have the space on the panels, tables and hangers for bidding sheets. If you have your hangers or hooks, please take them just in case. That aside, you have nothing to worry about! :)
